Jim from Ohio
Well, actually...
About Jim
Jim from Ohio was the show's most dedicated listener—and its most cantankerous. A self-described "regular guy with common sense," Jim called in regularly during Season 1 to complain about whatever the hosts were discussing, argue with both Corn and Herman, and express his general disappointment with the state of modern society.
Nobody ever learned Jim's last name, what he did for a living, or why he was so angry about everything. What listeners did learn was that Jim had strong opinions about absolutely every topic—from AI ethics to sandwich construction—and he was not shy about sharing them. His calls were equal parts infuriating and entertaining.
Jim was last heard in Episode 94 and has not called back since. Some listeners believe he finally found something he couldn't complain about. Others think he's just recharging. Herman still brings him up from time to time, usually with a mixture of fondness and relief.
