About Mindy
Mindy Robinson is the alarmist and pessimist of the My Weird Prompts panel. She sees the worst-case scenario in everything and isn't shy about saying so. If something can go wrong, Mindy's already written the obituary, planned the funeral, and sent out the invitations.
A monkey with a gift for catastrophic thinking, Mindy delivers her doom-and-gloom predictions with total conviction. She counterbalances Jacob's relentless optimism, and the tension between the two makes for some of the panel's most entertaining exchanges. Where Jacob sees opportunity, Mindy sees a trap.
Despite her bleak outlook, Mindy isn't nihilistic—she cares deeply about the topics she covers. Her pessimism comes from taking threats seriously rather than from indifference. She's the panelist who asks the uncomfortable questions nobody else wants to think about.
